Lowline Update: New Solar Technology for a Botanical Underground Park

The Lowline is an ambitious project to create an underground park in the LES. It faces some complex technological and governmental hurdles before it becomes a reality… but it is possible, and it would be a terrific development for the area. Taking an unused space in this highly dense city and bringing Light and Plants and People to it is always a good thing.
